Brings so much nostalgia back: I remember when I visited before they closed and walked in at the end of one of the clothed dancers finishing his set. The music changed and after a few minutes the first time that completely naked guy with a huge erection came popping through that tinsel curtain, I was completely hooked. I came back 3 times that week when I was in NYC. Loved it.

12 years agoThanks for sharing.... If you or anyone has more video clips or photos from the Gaiety, please post them. I had been to the Gaiety many times from 1993-98 on trips to NYC and loved every minute of it.... There were often huge heavyweight bodybuilders that would grace the stage that I wish I could see again. What a huge loss to the nightlife I loved so much about Times Square.
