As a teen horny for muscle in the mid-70s, pro wrestling was my only reliable source. Post-midnight Saturdays, the house asleep, I’d dial in the local UHF channel as if seeking a signal from space, to get the clearest image of the WWWF program from New York. There were just a few muscular guys then (Superstar Graham, Tony Atlas,Ivan Putski), but they’d flex repeatedly, always the best part, By the 80s (the era of these studs), there was a lot more muscle on the menu, like the Von Erichs.
The guy on the right during the interview is Jeff Farmer. Besides wrestling under the name LIGHTENING as he appears here he also wrestled under the names COBRA and FAKE STING. Hot and sexy by any name.
